The award which was hosted by Seth Meyers is usually one of Hollywood’s least formal major ceremonies but this time, it was different.

It turned out to be one of the first times that show business luminaries would come together after the #MeToo, the movement sparked by the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct allegations, as several of the industry’s biggest names were up for awards and the #MeToo vibe was very present in the atmosphere, as stars canvassed for an end to sexual harassment in the industry.
