2018 Hajj: Lagos Pilgrims Urged To Be Good Ambassadors

The state commissioner for Home Affairs and Culture Abdulateef Abdulhakeem gave this charge at a seminar and prayer session for the intending pilgrims from Surulere Local Government Area.
He said the pilgrims must use the best of their time in Saudi Arabia to pray for restoration of lasting peace in the country.
The Chairman Pilgrims Committee for Surulere, Abdulateef Lawal said the forum was also to educate the intending Pilgrims on the rudiments of the Hajj exercise.
Hajj which is the last of five pillars of Islam involves the faithfuls visiting holy sites in Mecca and Medinah and wil hold in the month of August this year.
