Another Suicide blast kills 7 during early morning prayers in Maiduguri

7 people have been killed and 17 others injured after three female suicide bombers detonated Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) at Umarari Bayan Waya area of Mulai Village in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital today.

The blast was reported to have occurred around a few minutes past 5AM when Muslims were getting ready to for the early morning prayer.

The explosion claimed the lives of the suicide bombers and 4 others while 17 injured are currently receiving treatment at the Specialist Hospital.

This is coming hours after many worshippers were feared dead in a bomb explosion in a mosque around Mulai area of Maiduguri.

The bomb went off when worshippers were observing their Magrib prayers
