Boxer Larry Ekundayo Seeks Support To Win World Title

Boxing Promoter, Khomeini Bukhari has showered encomium on the National leader of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for supporting Nigerian born England based boxer, Larry Ekundayo quest to win a world title.
Ekundayo returns to the ring next week against Scotland’s John Thain, Boukhari stated that the boxer needs support from well meaning individuals and corporate organisations to achieve his dreams.
Speaking at a media parley in Lagos ahead of Larry ‘The Natural’ Ekundayo and John Thain fight, Khomeini Bukhari, a member of ‘Team Ekundayo’ explained that the media session to sensitise the public and particularly, the corporate world on the need to support the ambition of Ekundayo to win a world title for Nigeria.

Bouncing back into the reckoning, Ekundayo, the former Prize fighter and African Boxing Union champion is fully ready for the Scottish boxer, Thain after his controversial split decision lost to Gary Corcoran last year.
Reknown for his sleekness and uncommon abilities to box, Ekundayo can draw inspiration from current world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua who has publicly supported him.
The bout tagged ‘Seize the City’ is slated for Friday, 13th July at Bethal Green, London.
