President Buhari Receives Namibian leader Hage Geingob on Wednesday as he paid an official visit to the Nigerian leader, President Muhammadu Buhari in the Aso rock presidential villa. After a 40 minutes closed door engagement, the Namibia leader said he had come to extend greetings to his host having recognized the invaluable contributions of Nigeria to the liberation of his people.
The visitor also appreciated the consistent presence of Nigerians in his country towards developing the Namibian educational sector. Mr. Geingob further commended president Buhari’s effort at fighting corruption, adding that his bold steps have encouraged other African leaders to fight the scourge in the continent headlong.
Responding to questions from foreign media on how sustainable his government’s strategies are towards fighting corruption, president Buhari said the war against the corruption monster is a thought-out plan by his administration to create a verile future for Nigerians by painstakingly dealing with corrupt cases following the rule of law.
President Hage Geingob is visiting the Nigerian seat of power lest than twenty four hours after president Buhari played host to the French leader , Emmanuel Macron.
