Representatives of the Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions, led by the Honourable Commissioner, Mrs. Ajibola Ponnle, have paid a condolence visit to the family of late Chief (Mrs.) Kemi Nelson.
Commiserating with family, Mrs. Ponnle said the late Mrs. Nelson would be remembered for her contribution to the development of the State, especially during her tenure as the Honourable Commissioner for Establishments, Training and Pensions where she demonstrated leadership in the management of human resources and capacity building.
She acknowledged that the deceased‘s tenure witnessed an increment in the minimum wage, noting that successive administrations in Lagos State have built upon that indelible legacy.
The Commissioner prayed for the repose of her soul, seeking that God should grant the family left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The team was received by the husband of the deceased, Chief Nelson.
