Doyen of accounting, Pa Akintola Williams, has died at the age of 104.
Pa Williams died in his sleep in the early hours of today, Monday, September 11, 2023.
According to a source, Akintola Williams died at his house in Lagos, on Monday. Williams, is best remembered as the man who pioneered Nigeria’s accounting profession and was instrumental in developing the country’s financial sector.
