Governor Ambode appoints new Heads of Safety Commission, LASIMRA

The governor also approved the appointment of Architect Hamed Kabir Abdullahi as the executive secretary of the Water regulatory board while Mister Joe Igbokwe, who until now was the general manager of lasimra, was also appointed chairman, wharf landing fee collecting authority.

A statement signed by the secretary to the state government, Mister Tunji Bello, added that Chief Funso Oyekola Ologunde has also been appointed chairman of LASIMRA while mister Jide Odekunle becomes the general manager.

The appointments, according to the statement, take immediate effect.
