LAWMAKERS COMMEND THE FEDERAL ARM ON BUDGET FRAMEWORK

The federal executive arm has been commended for providing a workable framework for the 2016 appropriation Bill soon to be presented for legislative consideration.
In a chat with Lagos Television,law makers from Ikorodu and Lagos Mainland federal constituencies in the house of representatives,honourables Jimi Benson and Jide Jimoh posited that even though the oil benchmarks and foreign exchange rates remain critical in the final analysis of the 2016 budget,the executive had demonstrated positive character by the contents of the budget framework under the 2016 -2018 medium term fiscal framework
Fiscal items under the medium term fiscal framework included federally collectible revenue,gross federation account inflows, non-oil revenue and independent revenue.
