Nigeria Football Federation is set to release the list of Super Eagles players to be invited to camp ahead of the 2019 African Nations Cup coming up in Egypt, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
www.bsnsports.com.ng scooped that Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has the 50-man list to the Nigeria Football Federation but will not be made public until next week.
Expectedly, Super Eagles captain, Mikel Obi as well as well former Chelsea counterparts, Victor Moses are on the provisional list even though they have not played for Nigeria after their last match for Eagles against Argentina at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Rohr has been quoted to have said that the two players are important for Super Eagles’ quest to win the title for the fourth time in Egypt.
Only 23 out of the 50 shortlisted players will make it to the 2019 African Nations Cup finals in June in Egypt.
