Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was the special guest of Governor Rauf Aregbesola at the passing out parade of the 4th batch of cadets for the ( OYES ) Osun Youth Empowerment Scheme.

The OYES POP ceremony was held at the Osogbo City Stadium on Saturday.
