Chairman of INEC, professor Yakub Mahmoud made this clarification among others while briefing state house correspondents in Abuja today.

ON whether the electoral umpire is worried over the delay in the passage of the virement by the national assembly, the INEC boss said what is important is that the two committees in both houses were indeed satisfied with the clarifications made by the body on its appropriations.
